Submitting Your Executive Summary

Each year, ArgentaGroup receives thousands of executive summaries. Here are the key elements we look for in an executive summary:

Concept

A simple description of what your product or service offers. View us as the first customer for your product - its function should be clear and its value proposition obvious.

Target Market

Provide details about the target market your product or service would be created for, and why they would be willing to pay for it. Be able to satisfy your target market from the top down.

Competitive Advantage

Competition is good! Give us a sense of those companies who offer direct or indirect competition to your proposed idea. If possible, provide features or advantages your solution offers over the competition.

Your Team

Tell us about your team members and their individual backgrounds. Be sure to include any outside resources your have or third party help you’ll receive.

Use of Proceeds

Assuming success, what will you do with the money that you plan to raise?

The best executive summaries convey new ideas in a clear and concise manner. They present key information in as few words as possible. Typically, this will be a 2-3 page Word or PDF document. Once we’ve reviewed your idea, we’ll follow up and start the process of becoming partners.
