ArgentaGroup focuses on two distinct investment tracks - the development of high-end properties in underdeveloped, but growing, areas around the world and the acquisition of poorly performing or stalled projects with potential for growth.

Our goal is to identify areas where the demand is growing for a particular venture, develop the property or buy existing properties with the most potential, invest in value creating improvements, and exit through buyouts or early-stage sales.

For Investors

With real estate projects ranging from $5M to $150M, ArgentaGroup has access to a wide range of diversified real estate-based opportunities. Unlike other equity funds, ArgentaGroup provides investors the flexibility of investing smaller amounts of capital across several different projects, rather than restricting large commitments to one opportunity. Additionally, ArgentaGroup classifies each investment into three income-generating vehicles:

  • Equity Partner – for each initiative, investors select and own preferred units (shares) of real estate assets and select individuals are invited to participate in management and oversight board positions. Returns on investment are typically 4-5 times the initial capital invested and are deferred until the project earns a positive cash flow, a buyout is executed, or the planned exit is completed. Investment periods are usually 24 – 60 months.
  • Development Partner – for investors wishing to solidify their investment positions, this method guarantees investors a minimum return on invested capital over a shorter, fixed period of time. Returns vary from project to project but generally return a preferred rate of 10 – 25%, paid quarterly over a term of 8 – 24 months.
  • Capital Partner – lower risk overall, this investment vehicle allows investors to participate in high-value asset procurement and development through investments backed by secured positions in the real estate asset itself. Depending on the nature of the project and the time commitment, positions secured by deeded assets generally earn 8 – 12% per year and are paid quarterly following financial close.
